This distinctively designed entertainment firm required the integration of numerous trades to create the unique details. Prudent value engineering resulted in a 15% reduction in cost without sacrificing the design concept. This space received IBD Design Award and was published in the October, 1996 Interior Design magazine. HBC has completed subsequent remodel work at the same location.
