This was a prototype store for Cox. The store is 2,250 Square feet and the build-out consisted of drywall ceilings at entry, over reception and customer service areas, with dropped soffits. Also featured lighting upgrades throughout, new HVAC and fire sprinkler distribution, added electrical panels and transformer, new security and tele data systems. The flooring consisted of stone tile and base at entry, carpet in retail space with several cut-in inlays, and VCT in storage and kitchen area. The kitchen was located in an area with no plumbing, all underground plumbing work was required including sewer tie in and concrete work. The space has 22 flat screen televisions and numerous product display areas.
