Gary is directly involved in HBC's day-to-day operations, with major emphasis on business development and public relations activities. He has extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate development and was the original General Manager of the Glendale Galleria regional shopping center. Gary is a graduate of the University of Missouri.

Paul McGunnigle
Executive Vice-President
HBC's field operations leader has the advantage of over 29 years of construction experience. Paul's hands-on project style, detail-oriented management efficiency and dedication to excellent client relationships are part of what keeps HBC's reputation unbeatable. Paul attended Cal-Poly, Pomona, School of Environmental Design.

Michael Howard
Principal
The HBC founder and 15-year principal is actively involved in numerous construction projects and business development activities. During his tenure as a development consultant and partner in the Howard Development Company, he was responsible for developing over half a million square feet of commercial office space. Mike graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in business and finance.
