Consolidation of three GE divisions to new location in three phases. The first phase was for the tool division, which consisted of a warehouse tool center upgrade, new paint, lighting, electrical, office areas, restroom facilities and external paving, fencing and landscaping. The second phase consisted of open office and executive office space. For the third phase, a new 2nd story, 4,000 square foot mezzanine was added, along new TI build out with new finishes, including mechanical electrical and plumbing. New reception area with coffered ceilings, stone flooring, up-graded conference rooms, break rooms, and new locker rooms were also added.
