Completed various tenant improvements on five floors for this major law firm. Projects featured stairs, kitchen facilities, custom millwork and extensive pre-construction services during design development phase. Other work included conversion of a law library into a training/media center and caucus area.

Cabling and computer enhancements to existing cabinetry required replacement of countertops. Countertops, doors, and walls were finished to match existing traditional décor. All labor was completed within occupied space. HBC has also completed projects for this client in three other office locations.
