18,760 square foot tenant improvement project utilizing contemporary finishes such as fabric wall covering, stretch-wall acoustical systems, wood doors and frames, wood flooring and base, and crown molding throughout. The centerpiece 30' x 75' boardroom was acoustically designed, including construction and the state-of-the-art automated audio-visual systems, by Veneklasen Associates, which includes a 15' x 5' rear projection screen and two plasma display screens on lifts. There are multiple executive offices, radiused walls and soffits, and built-in workstations.
