Constructed a large multi-functional conference center on the 16th floor for Microsoft’s Sales and Marketing Division. Work included a divisible multi-purpose room, large training room, multiple conference rooms in varying sizes, guest offices, and a Data Center with full glass front and ambient lighting to highlight room for clients. The Project also included their Envisioning Center which consists of multiple interactive sets and theatrical components and lighting for presentation of various software programs and business solution packages.

The build-out also included the 18th floor consisting of one-third of the floor being completely renovated with offices and work stations and the remaining two-thirds completely re-carpeted and repainted while occupied on a multi-phased schedule.
