This project included the conversion of an existing 43,000 square foot one-story warehouse building with mezzanine to a modern optics manufacturing lab facility. Tenant improvements included coating, polishing and testing labs, 4 clean rooms, a machine shop, and shipping and receiving area. The building was seismically retrofitted and new electrical and HVAC systems were also installed. The assignment included relocating much of the existing equipment and procuring UL Certification for each.
