Work included delicate, off-hours work in their trade room, the new trade room facility quadrupled capacity, supported by a dedicated data facility.

Feeder and riser systems were added to accommodate emergency generators, installed to protect data and phone centers in both high rise buildings. A multifunction corporate boardroom and audio visual presentation center with the capability of handling international conferencing for over 100 people; a smaller video conferencing room and a state-of-the-art broadcast facility with worldwide network feeds to Reuters, CNNFN, CNBC, FOX 11 and broadcast enterprises were added.
