Three new, two-story buildings in a campus setting, with two of the buildings joined by a spectacular atrium. The atrium features rotunda, canopy light fixtures, a 2nd floor bridge and mezzanine, millwork upgrades and limestone floors. Office and R&D space includes numerous conference rooms and galleys, and a computer chip testing lab. The lobby features open ceilings and material upgrades. This multi-phased project totaled over 165,000 square feet.
