Included in the 140,000 square feet of work is the addition of 55 interior offices, several labs, 4 assembly areas, 6 restrooms, 2 conference rooms, lobby, and 3 manufacturing areas. The office areas were build from open manufacturing areas complete with framing, drywall, all finishes, doors, windows, t-bar ceilings, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinklers and electrical included. The lobby, was a complete demo, new lighting, flooring, reception area, paint and ceiling materials. The lab & assembly areas were build from ground-up in the building and included finishes, mechanical, fire sprinkler, lighting and electrical up grades.
