Complete build-out of 100,000 square feet, joining five floors via internal staircases. Refurbished existing and constructed one new stairwell, and refurbished an existing shuttle elevator. Extremely high-grade materials and craftsmanship throughout included various stones, woods, glazing, built-in workstations, conferencing stations and numerous upgraded fixtures. The entire multi-phased project was completed while the space was occupied.
