A new facility to accommodate the relocation of this hi-tech aerospace firm. A new ground-up 20,000 square foot H2 facility to house test equipment and personnel to allow full spectrum simulation of the air to air refueling system for the upcoming Boeing 767 program deployment. 65,000 square feet was build-out for administrative office space and an additional 70,000 square feet for warehouse improvements to support manufacturing and assembly operations. The admin space was built on fast track to allow the engineering department to assist in OEM installations. HBC also worked closely with the design team and outside consultants to provide operational certification from the municipality and agencies having jurisdiction.
