This project consists of the construction of a new 54,000 square foot concrete tilt-up building for the Southern California Newspaper Partnership. This new facility will house the administrative, accounting, sales and marketing personnel for publishing the USA Today and San Bernardino Sun newspapers. In addition to shell & core and tenant improvement construction, the project also entails five acres of site improvements.
