The UMP headquarters project entails the construction of a new 55,000 square foot concrete tilt-up building in Irvine. Of the 55,000 square feet, roughly 40,000 square feet of the facility are intended for manufacturing and distribution of the multiple acne related products UMP produces. The remaining 15,000 square feet will be utilized as office space for administrative, accounting, sales and marketing personnel. In addition to shell & core and tenant improvement construction, the project will also consist of roughly two and one-half acres of site improvements, to include a fountain in the entry of the building.
